Its Quilt lovely. Great prices on everything I needed even 50% off an already low price. Uncrowded with safe friendly and helpful staff.

Friendly and helpful staff who offer great suggestions when asked. Also super helpful in tracking down specific patterns too. Good prices if you have a membership which is well worth the cost if you are into fabric crafts.

I come here in a pinch for fabric / supplies. Their selection is not the best; which can't be helped due to the smaller size of this fabric store. It's also maybe not the best place to go if you are looking for specialty fabrics. I've found really amazing lace trims, and they have pretty good deals. I've never had negative experiences with staff like some of the other reviews; but I usually am not a shopper that seeks help / advice from staff. They have a lot of great fabrics in their sale section if you don't mind sifting through all the bolts of fabric stacked on one another! :)

I am very disappointed what I experienced today at this location. I am new at sewing and have been doing my research of what I need before going to the store to get supplies. Everytime I go there, I always felt indifferent about the customer service I received. None is particularly helpful. I do love the fact that they adhere to mask rule and I feel safe shop there. However, today, finally for once, I felt one person, Avery, who was really helpful and gave me pointers to help me getting what I need for my project. Instead, the store manager actually gave both of us a hard time because there are people waiting at the door because Avery took the time to help. People are always gonna wait at the door to come in. That's the reality of COVID. Why are you in retail if you can't provide your customers a satisfying shopping experience? And to tell customers not to touch things unless you are intend to buy. How do we know what kinda fabric to buy without touching? With laser vision? I only give them 3 stars because of Avery, or else, they'd get 1. That store needs more people like Avery.
