After searching Western Canada and Colorado ( where my son lives) I found the bike of my dreams at Cap's. In this Covid Time the supply of gravel bikes is abysmal and stores are not receiving their normal quota according to the bike reps. When I found a Salsa Fargo at Cap's I was pumped. Luciano was my first contact and he was able to facilitate my purchase. They were able to ship it the 900km to Alberta and it arrived only a few days after ordering. I was very happy with the thoroughness and care in the packing and the customer service was fantastic. I'd recommend Cap's without hesitation.

Me and my family's experience at Cap's Cycle has been amazing over the many visits. All of the staff are very knowledgeable, helpful and work hard to help you find what you are looking for. Sebastian did an amazing job working hard to find us a bike that would be suitable for our needs and wants. It was also great being able to test ride the bikes to get a feel of how the bike rides. We also took several older bikes in to get new parts and the components are holding up very well. After having some very bad experiences with department store bikes, it is nice to support local and put money into quality products that will last. All of the Specialized bikes purchased so far at Cap's have held up very well, unlike our past CCM bikes. They don't seem to use low end bike parts here which is much appreciated. They also seem to have a very good price on maintenance for bikes purchased from the shop (50% off). It's always nice to see local companies standing behind their products.
After a few years of using my Wal Mart bought Huffy (which was OK for riding to the store or gym) I decided I needed to step it up and get a eal\ commuter bike. I knew Caps would be the right choice because my past experiences with them when I was getting work done on my old bike. When taking it in for repair the staff were able to diagnose the problem right away and tell exactly when I could come get my bike. There was one time the part didn't get fixed properly and when I took it back they corrected it AND made sure I got it back the same day. I had the pleasure of dealing with Sebastian as my salesman. He was super nice, knowledgeable, and worked hard to make sure I left with the right bike. He answered every question me and my dad had and in the end I felt confident with the bike I ended up buying. Everyone that I have ever spoken to at Cap's has been really friendly and super nice - even when they've been busy. I just rode it to my school and it everything he said it would be. This bike is MILES above anything I have ever ridden. Worth every cent. On top of that, I get 50% off the cost of labour when I take my bike in AND free adjustments to my brakes. I will definitely be going back to Caps if I ever need anything bike related or if I have any questions. Some of the best customer service I have ever dealt with and I feel the amount they charge are more than fair for the service and product you get. 6/5 Stars.
They have the stuff you need or else they will get it quickly. There's a cool museum of very unique old bikes hanging on the walls to admire. It's a great place to go.
