I met with Susan a few months ago to have a custom dress for ballroom dancing made. Susan was very professional, attentive and created a dress that was perfect for me. I had a few ideas of what I wanted, but didn't know how it would come together. She listened attentively and guided me through the whole process, designing and creating my dress. When I need another dress, I know who to go to. Thank you Susan. I'm happy to have found a local business who can create a one of a kind piece.

This was my first time ever buying dance shoes with my family and I had the worst customer service experience possible. The lady seemed rude and impatient, making annoyance sounds when my sister wanted to try on shoes. The lady indirectly insulted my mother as well. I will never go back. Thank you:) Edit: I remember exactly since the moment we entered the store you were rude from the start. My mom has trouble breathing-that's why she brought her mask a little lower. My sister and I kept our masks above our nose. We have also put hand sanitizer before entering the store. The only person in the store was a woman and one other employee, whom was on the other side of the room. If my family were at risks or had any symptoms of Covid-19, we would have stayed home. If you were afraid of risks then you shouldn't have helped us put shoes on, keeping the distance and instructing us on how to put them from a far. Also, I listened to the advice given to ME (that's why I decided to purchase them) but my sister was only listening to my mom. She in fact can walk in heels but was indecisive about dancing in them. My mom was trying to return them because we told her to for other reasons-not because they were uncomfortable. You could've said things in a nicer tone. I apologize for my mother for the things she said after you said you cannot return them.
