Great customer service from everyone! I lived in Montreal, QC and I drove a long way to buy a new machine, get accessories or get my machine services/tune up. They also carry good selection of beautiful fabric. The quality and selection is fabulous. They are very friendly and helpful. They are receiving customers for shopping by appointment only and have curbside pickup. Totally worth the drive there!

I took my machine in this morning as it wasn't running well. It was fixed immediately - while I waited! I couldn't believe my luck, I even got instructions on parts of the operation I wasn't sure about. Absolutely fantastic service, everyone was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back and will recommend this shop to all my quilting friends. Thankyou for amazing service you are the best!
Your help made all the difference. I explained my sewing machine technical difficulties. We talked thru my woes as you don’t repair my type of ancient machine. Turns out the levers holding the shuttle assembly in place were upside down and never “clicked” properly to hold the shuttle race cover firmly in place. Maybe ever. Anyway I turned them the right way around, oiled my machine, changed the needle (based on your recommendation) and the machine is now purring like a kitten. Thank you!!
