I had baseboard heating in my house and the heat was very expensive and inconsistent. I met with Eric their system designer and right away I knew I was going to use them for my new ductless heat pumps. Eric was amazing and very patient and answered all my questions without hesitation . Once I proceeded with the quote the process was super easy the web links were easy to follow and the installation date was QUICK! On the day of installation I was met by even more amazing people, Aaron, Levi, and Raul. They ran me through what was going to happen step by step and got to work right away. They were professional and very courteous and went out of their way to make the installation as easy as possible. Once complete Aaron ran me through all the remote settings and maintenance (filter cleaning) and made sure I was completely comfortable with the operation of the units and completely satisfied with the installation. That's it right? NO! then came the time for the rebates, A daunting task if not for the amazing administration staff, they applied for the promo code for me and then offered to apply for the credit on my behalf!. always cheerful and again very patient with my questions through the final processes. Long story short don't use anyone else but Servicexcel for your needs you wont be disappointed with any of the process. I will highly recommend to everyone that will listen. Way to go EVERYONE! from Servicexcel thank you for the great service!

Servicexcel has been fantastic! They installed our heat pump, gas water heater, and gas lines. From the very beginning, when choosing products, Eric was very responsive and provided lots of very helpful info and recommendations on what would best suit our needs. The installation crews were always on time, respectful, and efficient. They also always took the time to answer whatever questions we had. Carmen, Aaron, Brock, and everyone else from Servicexcel who did work on our house was just top notch. And finally, their office team is superb. Cameo and the other staff were always a phone call away. I never had to wait for a response and they were super helpful when we had to reschedule. Plus they handled all the rebate paperwork, which is fantastic. I cannot recommend Servicexcel enough. We had contacted them based on friends' and family's recommendation and we are glad we did.

The installation of the ductless heating and air conditioning system was installed by Aaron today. He was so personable and efficient in the instructions and installation details! Our system is working beautifully! The personnel at Servicexcel are professional and assisted us in applying for the grants and in the finalization of the system. We placed our order on Wednesday and the system was installed on the following Monday! We could not ask for better service. I would recommend this company to family and friends without hesitation! Thank you Doug for your hard work installing the new heat pump, your attention to detail is noted and appreciated. Doing installs the right way, not the easy way is certainly a recipe for success! Mitsubishi Inverter technology is unbelievably silent and very warm, even on very cold days. It just quietly purrs along maintaining the inside temperature equivalent to the house heat loss. So efficient!

Extremely helpful and friendly office staff Isabella assisted with the paper work and filled out the rebate forms. Aaron the installer was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Very neat and cleaned up well after the installation.
