Very easy to deal with and any problems got resolved asap. Jewel, the property manager was always on hand when needed and was good at matching renters (we were in an up/down rented house). Highly recommend!

They helped me find a great place to settle and build my new life here. They respond to all of my questions quickly and they take great care of this property. I had such a positive experience with Pacific Edge Properties! Jewel was fantastic from the beginning to the end. They really care about their residents and kept everyone consistently updated on what was going on with strata. If I was to ever go through another company again, I would 100% go with them. Such a stress free experience all around!

Destiney Straight

Very unpleasant and will issue noise complaints for children at 9pm. Not family or pet friendly. Will keep your damage deposit and not pay when issued a order through the residential tenancy branch. I had to hire a lawyer. They reapplied after I won the rtb to try win the money back. Definitely not worth the headache. Jewel should just be named Karen because she acts like one. Karley is even worse and lies under oath. Do not rent from them
