We lived here for five years, and I can tell from day one, Joe and Konnie was so helpful and their respond was quick for any repairs or concerns. On moving day, Ken was there to facilitate the process, so we had smooth moving and were pleased of his kindness. Highly recommend.

I really enjoyed living at Brentlawn Towers. Great location and very well kept building. I always felt very safe in this building. The underground parking is spotless and well lit. Any concerns I had were quickly resolved. Joe and Konnie were a pleasure to deal with. What I loved most about my unit was the floor to ceiling windows, made for a very bright unit.
Tried to come in to view an apartment.... Management refused to allow me to view the apartment due to my status as a student... I tried to explain how my boyfriend works full-time but does not reside in Vancouver (difficult for him to make time to commute here just for a viewing), but management continued to deter me from being able to view the apartment. Isn’t this discrimination!? I’m a student but I work full-time.
I've lived here for almost 8 years, and I can't possibly overstate what a well-managed, friendly, and comfortable renting experience this has been. The building itself dates back to the 70s, but it is incredibly well-kept, with constant improvements being made to both the towers. The building managers, Joe and Konnie, are friendly and respectful, and very responsive. For example, if whenever we had a plumbing issue, often a plumber would arrive to fix it the very same day. The neighbourhood is also friendly and close-knit — there's a park behind the building, and a convenience store and coffee shop next-door. I've lived all over Vancouver, and I can honestly say you won't find a better renting experience than here.
This is not just a rental tower - this will become your home! We thoroughly enjoyed our 3.5 year stay here and would ABSOLUTELY highly recommend this condominium to anyone. Bright, airy apartments that come with amazing views and wonderful neighbors. Close to everything. Most definitely worth the money. We would stay longer if it wasnt for a work-related move. Joe is the best strata manager you will ever have hands down! 5 star!
