It was an absolute pleasure to deal with Fraser and kyle at murrays’s. They were both polite, quick, hardworking and cared for the look and outcome of my homes furnace and air conditioning and water heating. Fraser made excellent suggestions and I am very happy with the end results. I would not hesitate to recommend Murray’s to anyone in need of heating and cooling solutions.

We interviewed and had 5 different company's bid on our work. I had a tricky wiring problem with my thermostat/heating system. I called Fraser at Murray's Heating & Cooling Solutions and he responded right away. He showed up promptly (in fact a few minutes early) to our appointment and he was professional and patient throughout the troubleshooting process. And although my problem was a relatively novel one, Fraser undertook all necessary research and expertly resolved the issue. He had me up and running within a couple of hours! He also went above and beyond to follow up with me to ensure that the system was still behaving over the next day or so. Incredible service and professionalism. I highly recommend Fraser and Murray's to anyone in need of their expertise.
Fraser was really amazing with my elderly mom. I had to try to coordinate furnace repairs for her from a distance and Fraser was the only one to call me back. He was very responsive, honest and trustworthy - my mom couldn't say enough good things about him and his work. Would highly recommend. Very good value - did not overcharge or take advantage. Super nice and friendly!
