I can't say enough good things but top notch A all around from beginning to end. Excellent experience. Whether you are working with Frank or the members of his staff they all were excellent, professional and quick to respond to questions and concerns. We worked with Frank, Nancy and Patricia and they were all fantastic and made the process go so smooth and easy. Wish I could go back in time and connet with you folks years ago! We sought out Frank Napolitano out because I had been impressed by his knowledge and experience, listening to his radio show. We were about to move and downsize in a major way, moving to Ontario after 37 years in Quebec. This in itself caused a lot of complications, plus we had a hiccup in terms of the day we needed to move and the day we were taking possession. Frank and Lianna his partner did everything in their power to enable all of this and to make it happen smoothly.
