Decent enough, doesn't always have the products I need though. Also, would be nice if they updated their store hours... I checked on their website, on their google maps, and even their door and still they were closed when I got here. At least the downtown locations stay true to their times.

Was sent the wrong product (not what I ordered), which I did not touch, and the company refused to provide a refund or credit. I cannot use what was sent to me, and so am out 80. I will never order from them again.

Very glad I found this wonderful online store. I use Aloxxi haircolour and they were the only online store who had the colour I wanted in stock. Also just ordered the Aloxxi developer and received it within one week. They have many beauty and hair products. Their service is excellent.

Good selection of professional haircare products and tools. More importantly, the lady at the counter is very knowledgeable and always gives excellent recommendations based on your hair needs- never based on sale value! I've been to other Mat&Max stores, and none were as good as this one for quality of service

The best !!! Tina is simply amazing! She knows all the products very well and always give recommandations depending your hair type. I always go there to buy hair salon products and I've never been disappointed! The products selection is very great too
