I love dropping by to pick up some hair essentials. Mélinda is always so upbeat with a collected approach while providing information about products. You can tell she loves what she does, which is truly refreshing. I can’t speak a ton of French but I can easily follow what she’s saying and vice versa! Happy to be a customer here :)

The place has a good product variety but the service is really bad, two of the three girls that work there are rude and arrogant. I must say that Melinda is the only one that has a great customer service and knows what’s she’s talking about. If you’re walking on St. Laurent and need to buy something, ask for Melinda, if she’s not there, don’t even waist your time and money.

Good variety of products, but very poor customer service. The lady who works there barely knows the products they're selling, and wouldn't give you any details. Therefore, be advise of knowing the product you want to buy before hand. Otherwise, you'll end up spending your money, and no help will be provided.
