In this warm and intimate semi-basement, music lovers and neophytes discover the musicians of the jazz scene from here and elsewhere. Every day, two shows are presented. At 6:00pm, varied performances ranging from gypsy jazz to flamenco and traditional jazz in small or large training whet your appetite.   In the fall of 2007, the kitchen opened and now offers a very cosmopolitan menu of tapas and dishes. For the last 10 years now, chefs, like conductors, have been giving perfect notes of bitterness, acidity or sweet and salty for the pleasure of our taste buds.
