Extremely bad service. They are impossible to join by phone. We missed an important call and they left no message and didn't try to call back. We tried and called more than 100 times in 2 days and each time it's the same thing. Either the line if busy or you are redirected to voicemail that says they'll call you back before the end of the day which they never do or the voicemail is just full so they hang up on you. Congratulations to the great managers at ForceMedic who decided to cut costs and made it impossible to join their clinics while still pretending it's possible. You really are great humans.

The worst clinic in whole city, they give a word and they don't keep it; they call you to come and get the prescription but they close the door and you can't enter; they write the opening and closing times on the Google maps but they don't follow it and this is like a big disrespect; they don't call you back when you submit a voice message on their voicemail, When you call them no one answers; I wish I could give some negative star instead of one star, I am so annoyed by their system. The only good thing about them is that they have a nice medical doctor.

Went in for a ultrasound, the staff Was great, especially the ultrasound technician who was extremely nice and reassuring! Great service !

This is where my family doctor is so I only come here like once a year. Wait times are good to get an appointment over the phone and when you're waiting for the appointment itself. I usually get an appointment for a month later and only wait 30 minutes before being seen by my doctor. Sometimes, she does cancel though and rescheduling can be a bit tough but other than that, I'm super happy with the process. This clinic is also really located, only a 2 minute walk from fabre metro station and there's also a hospital right next door for any bloodwork you might need to do.

When you are there and been seen too, they are very good. However when you phone and no one answers your call, its a pain. When you leave a message after the voice mail says \ leave your message and number and we will call you back near the end of the day\ and you wait but no one calls you. I called Friday to speak to someone and book an appointment with my family doctor and i never got a call back.Thats poor service.
