These guys have been my shoe repair place for decades! They have done repairs and custom modifications to my boots and stage wear boots that other places told me could not be done! Incredible talented guys doing really good work at great prices! Always satisfied completely !

Lee and Lino are the city’s most skilled, attentive, creative, punctual and detail-oriented cobblers. In addition to integrity, the quality of work they produce, their customer service is also bar none. They don’t just exude professionalism, but also personable friendliness that is more akin to friendship and family. They are also very honest people. One time unbeknownst to me, I accidentally punched in my credit card passcode in the tip section. I would have walked away leaving a 4 figure tip had they not stopped me and canceled the entire transaction! This type of care and trusted relationship go a long way for us as customers, and especially for a woman with a passion, addiction and love for shoes. :) I would never bring my shoes anywhere else.

WHAT A HORRIBLE AND DISHONEST EXPERIENCE!!! On the third of December I ordered a simple single insole with the shop which cost me 25. It was supposed to be ready the following week latest on Friday which would have been the 13th of December 2019. Today on the 4th of January I went in to pick it up with my receipt, just to be told that they didn’t do it yet. I asked them how that can be but they simply said that it’s not yet done and just to simply come back and try again next week. This is the second time now with this shop within six months that I drive about 20 km to the shop just to be told that they simply did not finalize the job yet, and I was always after a few days after the deadline so they basically had more than enough time. How can it be that one simple insole is not yet finished after one month??? How can it be that they do not even call the customers and advice them about the delay!? Then after some further discussions with the guys which just proved that they do not feel responsible at all, don’t care at all and don’t want to do anything about it, the taller guy simply took away my receipt, ripped it and threw it away. What a ridiculous horrible behavior considering that I paid the 25 already and now I have nothing on hand. How do I get my refund (???), let alone what a waste of time and nerves. Better stay away from this shop and go to a real professional and honest shoe repair.
