We had Mike install remote controlled retractable screens on all 3 sides of our back deck. Now when it's windy and/or cool we lower 1,2 or all the screens, turn on the patio heater and enjoy being outdoors. Mike was good to deal with and he and 2 others, who helped with the installation, did a great job. He sells a good product.

Love our new retractable screen! When sitting on our patio, the sun would shine right into our eyes as we tried to enjoy the late afternoon. With our screen we can lower it to any position to block the sun's glare. We are still able to see through it so we don't feel closed in at all. My husband is fussy when it comes to workmanship and the screen and installation passed his expectations. Mike is extremely easy to deal with and we highly recommend Modern Patio.
