This is by far my go to Modern location! The staff is very friendly and helpful aswell as an amazing amount of selection and stock!

I love this place, wonderful supplier with great staff. I'm just extremely disheartened to see the staff not understanding the spread of covid and only wearing face shields (not all, but even some management). This has been proven again and again ineffective and has me cleaning every single item coming out of this place. Please just follow the advice of our government and the world health organization. You're a part of the problem.

Went to there many times last time one of cashier was so rude and loud looks like she was in jangle I just left my tools shopping there and never get in again Just for knowledge some of them are very polite but last time when I was there that lady was very rude and make me regret to I had spend my money there Was a good experience for me to leave this review to management teaching there employees to be nice and good costumer service

Very disappointed. I thought I bought trimmers but it was clippers. Brought back for exchange will not take it back the box was not even opened brought five hours later back. So sad I guess customer service doesn't really matter anymore.

Good selection, decent pricing but curbside pickup orders for a student are a nightmare here. I cannot order online and while some are lovely (Brittany is always great) almost every other cashier I've spoken to has been RUDE. They get snippy and firm and it overall just isn't a very efficient system. I'm so glad I found CosmoProf that granted me a short term membership to use while I am in school... not a clue why Modern doesn't do this or at the VERY LEAST give access to the website to students.
