I bought a watch from them online. I first made a mistake with my order and they were very quick to rectify it. They also shipped the watch in a record time, I got it the following day. The watch is is great condition and true to pictures. A!
I tried to purchase a bag online. For some reason it wouldn't go through as I had wanted to ship to my work but my billing address was my home address. I called the store, spoke to a sales person, said I wanted to purchase the bag, she said her manager would call me back to sort it out and I waited an hour, called the store again and was told that they sold it approximately 15 mins before my second call to them!!!????!!! What kind of customer service is this? The manager was not fit to be in customer service and said sorry but basically he couldn't have cared less. First and last experience with this company!!!! August 13. Follow up to my review. I was contacted by the company a week later and they were apologetic and noticed that my payment was okayed by my credit card company but something happened to delay approval. I was actually pleased with their follow up email and purchased another bag from them that I really love!!! Kudos to the person who followed up. I'm a happy customer after all. Thanks!!

Great place to deal with. Purchased a Tag Heuer from them through a second party selling site. Perfectly smooth transaction, fast shipping and extremely well packaged. The watch is in perfect, new condition even though it was listed as preowned saving me a considerable amount of money. I've never purchased anything from this business or knew they even existed before finding the listing. I would highly recommend them.
