Placed order online. Waited 5 weeks before calling the warehouse. I was told product was delivered to store. I called the langley store to discover my order was there. How long would I have waited for a confirmation email? Great merchandise at a good price.

This Mark's location is slipping. It used to be my go to in the Vancouver area, but it has been dirty, understocked, and understaffed the last few times I've been there. Unfortunately had a hard time communicating with a staff member regarding a return on a hi-vis vest I purchased that literally fell apart days later. I purchased the vest during a sale, and decided to buy a more expensive vest when I returned the defective one, as it was higher quality and the only black option in my size. I asked the teller if there was any way she could apply the discount to the new vest and she stared at me blankly, then rang it through without the discount. Kind of frustrating. Probably won't return.
Horrible customer service. Not called about an order that should have come in a while ago. Yet keep being pestered for orders collected. I am on hold after the call was answered and told me to hold right away so far over 10 mins. Charges come through in random orders. I will never shop at Marks again. They have no idea what they are doing.
Well stocked. Great place to get construction worker clothing.
Stock is a little low and shelves a bit empty as they have sales on and the sales are nothing special. Still best place to get steel toe work boots.
