An excellent RV shopping experience! My wife and I went to look at either doing some repairs or the possibly trading in our old travel trailer, and we wanted to work with a dealer that was closer to home than the last dealer we bought from. Adam from the Sales Team was excellent! He talked to us about what we were looking for, showed us several models that were within the scope of what we wanted, talked to us about different features we were looking for, and best of all he didn't try to upsell us on something that we didn't need, but worked to get the best price for us based on what we needed. Sandi from the Finance Team was great when we talked about financing and came in to sign the paperwork. She was knowledgeable, explained everything clearly, and she got us a good rate on our loan. When pick-up day finally arrived Mike from the Service Team made sure to give us a thorough walk-through of our new RV, and had his team transfer over our weight distribution equipment and the mattress from our old trailer (which we'd bought only a year before we upgraded to our new trailer) to our new vacation home on wheels. He explained everything to us very clearly, gave us some great tips, cautioned us on things to avoid, and really knew his trade. The Service Team even made sure that the water lines were all flushed and cleared so that we could use the trailer on Thanksgiving Weekend, our traditional last outing of the year. Because of the Service Team's great prep work, when we went out on Thanksgiving we found everything in excellent order, everything was ready to go, all we had to do was to bring in our linens and galley supplies. It made for a very smooth and enjoyable long weekend, with no hassles or concerns about how to do/use something on the trailer. My wife and I had an awesome experience with Mobilife, and we would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to get into an RV and start enjoying the outdoors without leaving the comforts of home behind!
When I have issues with our Roadtrek, when I come to Kitchener from Florida I always take the vehicle to Mobilife. Jeff and Joe fixed a problem I was having within an hour and the quality of the repair was outstanding. Thanks so much, guys!!
