I rarely ever leave negative reviews, but this scenario deserves one. I made a purchase from a “Quick Ship” section of the website. I called ahead and they confirmed that there was stock and that it would be sent out. I waited a month and heard absolutely nothing after contacting them (with no avail). I ended up buying weights elsewhere and had them delivered in a few days. I called to have the order cancelled and was told that it was impossible to do this because they are made to order. They also haven’t been made yet. So not sure how it is impossible to remove these from the next production batch. However, I confirmed that stock was available before hand - which was the reason I purchased them. Since then, they have changed the website to remove “Quick Ship”. The product pages also give no indication about refunds/policies. I understand that it’s a weird time. But seems really unfair to give customers no heads up and not be at least slightly accommodating. I was told something was in stock, waited a few weeks and then was told that I can't refund my order even though 1) it hasn't been made to order and 2) hasn't been shipped. As someone with a home gym, I would have easily purchased more equipment in the future, but based on my experience and other commenters it seems like it isn’t worth the hassle and much easier to take my business elsewhere.

Ordered 2 days ago and already got my order of 6x45lbs plates in this covid times. Quite impressed with how fast it was. The price of the plates were pretty good. Shipping was on the higher side but it was kinda expected for something that heavy. Would sure buy again!

Placed a nearly 800 order for York weights on May 15, and I only got an e-mail confirmation after messaging them on instagram on July 9 about it. Will give them a little bit more time before calling credit card company for a refund and will update if I actually get my order Update: finally picked up weights on October 1, 2020. They also updated their website to show how many items are in stock and was able to order spotter arms for my rack, and picked up the next day. Updating from 1 star to 3 stars, would be 4/5 stars if they actually answered calls and emails.

I ordered a York bench early May of 2020, and due to the pandemic situation I am still waiting. I have emailed on multiple occasions where I get the same automated email response that hasn't changed over the year. The one time i received a email back from an employee I was told that if they come up with their own version of a bench I would be compensated one instead. Months later I see them posting their ew benches\ and have not been offered one instead. I have direct messaged them on Instagram to received a reply along the lines of their automated emails. I understand we are in a pandemic, but to wait a year for a bench and receive no compensation for waiting so long is absurd. I also understand they're the middle man selling York supplies and don't want to lose money, but to not compensate us even with a couple % off the original order and just be told to sit patiently and wait is a terrible customer experience. So shop at your own risk. I won't be ordering from this company again. Who knows if I'll even get my bench after posting this honest review.

This is my second time ordering from XTC fitness during the covid-19 pandemic, and both times were amazing! First time I ordered two York 45lb bumper plates. Saw that they were in stock on their website for a great price, and placed an order to pickup. Received an email the next day to pick up, which was super smooth! Ordered the Concept 2 Model D rower on Friday evening, which was in stock for an unbelievable price compared to other fitness stores. Had it shipped to my house for 60 and was here on Tuesday! Thank you!
