I HIGHLY recommend that you ask for DAN if you are looking for a mortgage. We were extremely stressed about qualifying due to our employment situation (mostly self-employed with variable income over the past few years). Dan got it done for us and made sure to explain all of the details. He even made himself available after work hours to answer questions and go through paperwork which he was not obligated to do.
