I was looking to replace a damaged old curtain rod. I called ahead to make sure they carried the product and what measurements I needed. The women on the phone helped me prepare on what measurements they required and pictures they needed to see. When I arrived they provided me with very good customer service helping me get the right product from my situation. As well helped me find a remedy for broken curtain coaster from an old curtain as well. Very happy with the level of service and friendly service I received and would gladly recommend them.

I have had the pleasure of working with the ladies at Prestige Décor on 2 occasions - Jan 2016 (my first visit) and Aug 2017 (my second visit). Both interactions were excellent. The ladies are very helpful and really know their fabrics and what combinations look good. On my initial visit I wanted to reupholster a love seat and a faded bench from my living room. They could have easily allowed me to reupholster the loveseat as I had originally wanted, but instead they convinced me to save the money but to modernize it by adding pillows. The loveseat looks amazing. The fabric suggested for the bench really enhanced the living room and along with the love seat, transformed the space. I am very, very pleased. My second visit was to reupholster 2 slipper chairs from my family room, one from my master bedroom and a loveseat from my master bedroom along with complimentary pillows. This was a more difficult challenge because of the number of items to be changed. The ladies were very patient as I debated my choices and worked within my budget. They continued to offer options until I was satisfied. The quality of the craftmanship done in the workshop was excellent. The bedroom and the family room look pretty amazing with the updated additions. The ladies were very professional and take pride in their work. I will be going back next year as I continue to redecorate my home. Nothing beats custom upholstery and these ladies really know their stuff and can fit it within your budget. Thank you ladies for your excellent service and great quality work.

I went in a few months ago to discuss some window treatments options with the ladies. I had an idea of what I wanted but after discussion with the ladies, they were so patient and came up with ideas I hadn't even thought of. They were very creative and spent quite a bit of time with me. In the end I chose to delay purchasing window treatments but so appreciated the time and patience of the ladies, especially given the fact they weren't guaranteed a sale. I would highly suggest Prestige for their creativity and professionalism!

Their prices are competitive, and the value is excellent. Sales staff went the extra mile to cover a large amount of detail before closing the deal on our very particular project - curtains for a 40'x12' window. The installation staff was efficient and very easy to work with. Highly recommended.
