A wonderful small local business run by an amazing team. They were they only people out of at least 4 other businesses who would at least answer the phone or get back to me so they got my business and I was not let down. I asked for multiple quotes just to see my options and they were happy to accommodate and answer any questions I had. Consultation went smoothly and they were exceptionally polite adhering to wearing masks during the pandemic. (Big thanks to them for that) They took a few measurements and also had the installer out just to double check a second time so everything with smoothly. Installation went super smooth, and now i'm left with blackout blinds in my bedroom (Which is doing a way better job at keeping out the light than my old curtains) and a nice shade in my living room area which still lets some natural light in. (Props to Georgia for picking out some really nice colored ones!) Solid business to work with and I was happy to support local! 10/10 Would recommend!

Fantastic customer service with very competitive pricing, quality products, and professional install. Also patient, and understanding of the end customer’s wishes. A true testament of a service provider is how they handle any potential issues that were not anticipated. When everything runs smoothly, everyone is generally happy and there is not much to report. If any issues arise, this is where a good service provider really shines, and this is exactly what Georgia and Lawrence at Gotcha Covered did for us. There were some small issues with the delivered shutters from the manufacturer. Georgia and Lawrence went above and beyond my expectations for resolution, and now my wife and I are 100% satisfied with the end result. If you are considering shutters/blinds/shades for your home, there is no need to shop around, just call Georgia!
