Love shopping at Pier 1 stores for the wide variety of decorating and home items. This is the first time that I have been to this location, and like the others, it’s lived up to its name. Love the assortment of pillows in colours that it’s hard to find other places.

Had a great experience shopping here! The lady helping us out was extremely patient with us and very attentive. She went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the choice we made in picking our dining room set. Will definitely shop here again!
I am so impressed with what Pier 1 has I am loving all of the little stylish things that you can decorate your home with. They also have a truly fabulous selection of outdoor furniture and decorations as well. This location was fantastic, some very friendly and informative staff made for a truly pleasurable shopping experience.
I went to the mississauga heartland location yeaterday and the customer service was extremely worst with me and customers. Rude behaviour, rolling eyes and talking rude is NOT acceptable. The Indian assisstant manager/manager and the oversized girl working there need to be more tamed !!!! Too bad Pier 1 is closing as its one of my fav stores but that doesnt mean that these two putting out their frustration on people.
Furnished my dining room and the staff provided excellent feedback when I asked for styling advice. They called around looking for items at other stores for me, carried my purchase to the car..even though I could eaaily have done it on my own. Super friendly and helpful!
LOVE the eclectic nature of the truly AMAZING finds here! Pricey but GREAT stuff!
