I had general concerns about my situation searching for answers. I approached the sales associate Lorette who knew her product knowledge. She was very patient with me by breaking down all the details. She answered all my questions by going above & beyond my expectations. Excellent customer service AAA I was extremely fulfilled in how knowledgeable she is about nutrition. She's considerate empathetic which felt nice that someone actually cares. The store has all natural ingredients in their supplements, organic, herbal, etc. I was satisfied with my purchases then started using them within the day. The next day I definitely felt much better about myself. I will continue to make future purchases in order to live a better healthy lifestyle. I highly recommend this location.
Today is the second time i visited this store , first time i spent almost 200 dollars and the girl who served me told me to make a membership , and after that she told me base on the purchase at that day i got 5 dollars in my membership account that i can redeem for next purchase , and today i stopped by to buy a herbal tea that cost 6.99 and she told me " Sorry you can't redeem your 5 dollars for tea , it is just for the supplements ONLY " , then she asked me if i want to buy some supplements to redeem it , i was wondering why i couldn't redeem it for tea , tea is a product in their store too . I thought they just want you spend a big amount of money to redeem a small amount of money that they gave it to the customer . Never be back this store again
While they might have better prices compared to other health food stores I won't be giving them my business going forward due to the dishonest and deceitful experience I recently had. I purchased a diffuser gift set as a gift and decided I wanted to return it because I found something else I liked better. It was just last week so figured it would be no problem seeing as most stores allow 30 days but when I went to speak to the manager who was friendly when I wanted to buy something last time but quickly changed his attitude when I wanted to make a return. He bluntly asked what was the reason I replied simply changed my mind and he responds we don't do refunds on hard goods. Like first of all why didn't the sales person who cashed me out tell me this at the time and second how is that fair to the consumer to have them know that after the fact? Especially during the holidays you can end up wanting to change your gift they had a right to inform the consumer about this matter luckily I'll be able to get my money back through my card company.
Lorette was very helpful & knowledgeable about all the products.
