High quality contract task seating! Grabbed an upholstered IC2 and couldn't be happier! This chair is going to last me 20 years! They don't sell direct to public, but have an amazing showroom and will connect you to a local rep.
I was looking for a replacement arm pad on my CXO, which by the way is a 2012. Went into the showroom looking at new chairs, and this gentlemen (Egon) was kind enough to help me obtain these parts. E-mailed him some photos and he was back to me in less than 48 hrs. He even offered to ship them for free! I was so shocked that I contacted him and told him I would come down and pick them up myself. When I arrived a lovely person named Agnes gave me the parts, free of charge per Egon. Thank you! What a company, and a Canadian one at that. My next chair will always be a Nightingale. Forget Herman Miller, Steelcase or Hawarth. This simple gesture, will not be forgotten. Keep up the good work.
