I placed an order yesterday for pick up today, Wednesday, Jan. 6th, 2021 between 6pm and 7pm. My order is still \being picked\ and it's now 8:45pm. I have not received an email confirmation that it is ready or with what the delay is. I did notice that it is marked as pick Sat. Jan 6th, 2021 pick up. It's NOT Saturday and I'm assuming the employees are not putting two and two together and thinking my order is for Saturday pick up. I have been trying to get through all departments for an hour and a half now with absolutely no response. Nor do I have the option to cancel my order. Absolutely unacceptable!!!! Organize yourselves and ensure you are NOT over booking reaching over capacity with the amount of staff you have!!!! UPDATE: I finally got through and was told that they are \WAY BEHIND\. I then asked if I could pick up tomorrow around noon and was told that I can pick up any time but would need to call ahead of arrival to ensure they have it ready prior to pick up. I am NOT prepared to wait another hour and a half to get through to someone. CANCELLED!

The service was very good. The selection on the items were great too, typical of a Walmart Supercenter! The staffs were very friendly and easy check out as well. The whole place was very well maintained and in a great location as well. The deals that were on, were pretty good as well. Overall a very good place to shop for pretty much everything you'll need for the house. Fun fact- you can even get the furnace filter here!
Donna and her partner in customer service was extremely helpful in locating an item and placing it on hold for me to ensure it was available when I arrived.
This store is in walking distance to my home, very convenient. Here I can buy my groceries and everything else for the household. I just bought a new cell phone plan from Peter in electronics. Peter is a super hero with knowledge of computers, cell phones and all things electronics. He was very professional in processing and explaining my new plan. He has a lot of patience in explaining and teaching, even to non techy clients. I walked away a little more knowledgeable and he invited me to return anytime if I had more questions. Walmart is lucky that they contract such a knowledgeable person, a loyal employee for over 5 years. Us seniors appreciate all the help for this fast evolving and sometimes confusing world of computers and all electronics. Thanks Peter.
I don't understand the poor reviews as I've never seen or had any less than great customer service from the associates and up to management! I'm actually a regular here when I can't find what I'm looking for in Calgary as I find the small towns have a lot friendlier staff than 90% of the big city stores. The 45 minute drive is worth it to me.
