We purchased our Jura Micro Nine several years ago and have enjoyed the excellent coffee it has been making for us. We use our coffee machine daily and since we have worked from home for years, this machine gets a good work out. The Jura machine is a quality coffee maker, and we really enjoy the variety of coffees we can create. Our friends and family often request a coffee from our Jura, despite the availability of several coffee shops in close proximity. Recently, our machine developed some issues. We called service support and they quickly diagnosed the problem. Shopped online for the replacement parts, and had a great experience dealing with the online team, especially Narisca. We had an issue with our order and Narisca quickly fixed it for us. I highly recommend the Jura coffee machines, the Jura service team and the Jura online shop team! If you are in Calgary, we also recommend you shop for your Jura (and your coffee supplies) at the Cappuccino King.

Superb customer service! I had some trouble with a delivery - to be clear, it was the delivery service, not Jura. Anyway, the Jura customer service team resolved the issue completely to my satisfaction. Also my Jura Espresso machine is awesome! It's like having a barista on staff at my home. During these Covid times, it's great to be able to enjoy a superb coffee without needing to venture out!

I can't say much about the retailer/distributor (since I did not buy from them), but the machines are amazing! We have had a Jura S8 for a few months now, and it is simply incredible. We're not really coffee snobs, but we liked the idea of having something more than drop coffee or a simple brew like from a Keurig. While the S8 is not exactly cheap, it is showing its value over time. There's a small learning curve to understand how to use the machine, but you'll catch on quickly (watch YouTube videos!). All the coffee we make with this Jura is heavenly. They really have figured out how to get the flavour and aromas out of the beans, and they are market leaders in anything with milk in it. My wife loves the adjustable froth function (both how much froth, as well as how fine the froth is). Totally worth it from our perspectives!
