Went to visit Mississauga Harley Davidson to check out their new facility and ended up trading in my Kawasaki for a 2010 Ultra Limited. Jonathan Chandler was my sales guy and he did an outstanding job in all aspects of the sale. He is a sharp and knowledgeable sales guy and made the whole process easy and fun. Becky assisted with some aspects of the sale and she was equally knowledgeable and helpful in answering all of my questions. Their new facility is stunning although I would suggest they add blinds to help keep the sun out - the sales cubicles were getting quite warm with the late afternoon sun. My overall experience with Mississauga Harley Davidson was 5 stars. I highly recommend Jonathan and the Mississauga team for all things Harley!!!

Go see Jonathan Chandler to make an appointment for bike sales, he really knows his stuff. Great new location! I had the chance to stop in the first week they moved. Lots of great clothing and accessories. They were super helpful with a curbside pickup for some awesome Harley tree ornaments for my friends.

I was contemplating to look around since my original plan was to buy next year. However, with restrictions still in place I thought why not enjoy this summer on a new bike :) I call it the 3 steps of \doomness\ LOL in a good way of course. 1: window shopping, 2: contacting the dealer and 3: signing. I dealt with Becky from day one and if someone tells me she does not know her stuff you better give me a call. I have been riding for 15 years and dealt with different dealers but this is the one. Doug was supportive during the process. I hope to meet him one day. Cheers guys and can't wait to pick it up.

Had a great customer experience here. I came in looking for my next bike. Becky explained the choices and very professionally helped me pick my new baby. Doug the manager was very supportive and the whole deal took around an hour. The bike was ready within 48 hours. Extremely happy and satisfied.
