I recently was about to purchase a used 2016 Harley Road Glide from Jim. I was concerned about putting a deposit down due to some things changing at work and being unsure he assured me if something went wrong he would have no problem sending my deposit back. Jim is a true Gentlemen and so knowledgeable about Harleys. Jims no pressure sales style is an amazing experience which makes a high dollar purchase much more enjoyable. Unfortunately what I was worried about happening did happen and Jim like a true Gentlemen was true to his word. This is exactly the reason why I would deal with Thunder Road Harley in a heartbeat. A company is only as good as their people. Thanks Jim for a great experience!

Coming from Sarnia area I always dealt with Dukes HD. Well we all know what happened to them. I recently started dealing with Thunder Road for a engine build and you know what, I wish I had been dealing with them years ago. The staff are great and especially Geoff in service. Geoff spends as much time with as you need to explain things. Service did a great job on my engine build ( went from a 107 st2 to a 119ci.). I would recommend them to anyone. If you have a 107 st2 torque cam, I definitely recommend doing the 119ci. upgrade. Makes great power and torque.

Great Staff. They got a great Sales guy there who knows his Harleys, who really understands his customers in respect of riding style, ability, dreams and passion. The staff there has a professional, family kind of vibe. They are very friendly and the more you visit, the more you get to know them. Very helpful. I ride a Honda, but I am in the Market for a Harley, and these guys were very helpful and accommodating.
