Variety - very good -\u003e Communications not so much As mentioned in title, quite an extensive selection of frames and the service provided was pleasant HOWEVER, when asked how long for delivery I was told 1 week for 1 set and 2 weeks for the other set. Decided to give them a bit of extra time and followed up 2 weeks -1 day only to be told that due to Covid-19 all frames are 2-3 weeks, not 1-2. Get you messaging strait folks. Customer transparency is very important during these days, and as for Covid-19, we understand that times are different. Could easily have been a 5* but transparency fail.

Worst customer service experience ever, they deserve zero stars. Sales associates are very rude & unprofessional attitude. Why they work in customer service if they don't know how to serve customers in professional manner. Hakim has to train their staff and teach them the basics. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL/ ILL-MANNERED.

In fact for years and years I always got an excellent glasses and customer service from Hakim Optical stores. Harish Kumar (Mississauga Britannia/Mavis location) is an excellent customer service provider. He's so patient, polite and helpful as well as assisting with always smiling face. More/less 15 years we're dealing with Hakim due to huge variety of collection with the best 2 in 1 pairs of glasses prices in the market. Thank you Hakim for having someone like Harish making customers satisfied. Definitely will continue coming back.

On First visit HO:- it will take 3-5 days but due to virus it may take up to 10-13 days Called after 15 days HO:-it will be done by this week Called after 22 days:- not done yet But it will be ready soon. we will call you. More than month no call. Do not go to this place They do not deserve even one star

I went to this location a few weeks ago, and I had an amazing experience. Both staff members were extremely knowledgable and helpful when I was purchasing my glasses. They walked me through everything I needed to know, and I found a pair of glasses I loved with all their help. I recommended my family and friends to go to this location for their glasses needs. Keep up the great work! Amazing job.

Brought my son in for an eye exam and Dr. Michele Tai is great. She is the first doctor that didn't rush us out. She let my son try on the new glasses. My son noticed the difference right away! However, I am disappointed that Natalia wasn't there nor any of the old staff.
