I went to this location to do an eye exam and purchase glasses. Since it was my first time I was very impressed with the excellent customer service provided by Grace and Nikolina. Both ladies followed the Pandemic Protocols very carefully. They both maintained a distance and listened to what I needed very carefully and gave very good suggestions to help me get exactly what I needed. I highly recommend this location for anyone looking for a optical. They did not make me feel rushed so they can look after the next customer which I think was very thoughtful of them as well. These ladies definitely know how to run the show in a safe and polite manner and are very welcoming! Cannot wait to go back next yea!!

I had a great experience at this store I went there last week to look and select new pair of glasses as my old glasses were no good. My first time to purchase at Hakim Optical and very impressed with the two ladies who helped me all the way to picked my new pairs. Excellent customer service and highly recommend.

The customer service provided by from Grace and Nikolina is outstanding. They provide excellent styling advice, they are patient and personable. They give you time to browse without pressuring you to make a selection. I have been a return customer for over 10 years and was most disappointed when they were no longer at the Heartland location. Once I learned of their new location I made my way there. My entire family shops only with these two ladies. They are an excellent example of service and should be recognized.
