Stay Away from this company, they installed an elevator in our custom made home that NERVER worked properly!!!! They came to repair it numerously and every time they hit us with hundreds of dollars of repair/maintenance invoices for 10 minutes of adjustment they did every time they came in without ever addressing the real problem of this brand new elevator, until we gave up!!!! they are only there to take your money. I would give them no stars if I could.

I do NOT recommend Federal Elevators, it’s been 3 years since we installed the Elevator at 3 Thornbank Rd, we have so many issues with it that ITS UNREAL!!! The elevator they installed is a cheap one that constantly giving problems. We don’t have experience with Elevators but we wanted the best one which they assured us at a pricetag of 80000.00 DOLLARS !! There Service is real BAD and very expensive, for example they quoted us us 2800.00 for a recent broken service, instead we called another company we’re we only paid 670.00 for the same service !!!! What a rip off from the get go... If you decide to install an elevator I recommend checking out other places!!

The owner was VERY rude and hung up on me -- as a local business owner looking to work with his company as a community I was pretty hurt how rude he was. But I'll get over it. Yet he obviously does not care about his potential customers And maybe not his current customers. You dont hang up on people you do business with man

They are truly the best out there. Every employee I spoke with was knowledgeable and professional, but, most importantly, patient and understanding of my needs as the buyer. I would like the owner to stand by their elevators and ensure that we have the maintanece we require and deserve as clients. Thats all. We chose them over others and would like to feel good about our investment. Currently the elevator does not wok. To the Federal Elevator Owner. Do the right thing by your clients. Thats all we ask. We have requested a service call. Lets see how soon that happens. If its done soon and the work is right, we will have only praise for this company.
