I have tried on numerous occasions to have answers to simple procedural questions from this Ministry. The one time I did actually access a live person that person hung up on me after telling me she was not there to provide me with information. I am not quite sure what she thought her job was as she was answering the inquiries line for the government. I have tried several times to simply have access to someone to tell me if I need an appointment to present documents or can just walk in. No one ever answers the phone. Why have a phone number if no one ever answers.

Attended the Ministry of Government & Consumer last week, over-counter service were good. BUT by phone, it's was a TOTALLY different experience, she was The most rude representative I have ever talked to... Are we in Toronto? Sigh

Outstanding Service I used their services to authenticate two documents, the posted wait time is 30 minutes.. I got both my documents back in 10 minutes... Well done.

Wow! Just so very rude and condescending. You really need to train your staff to be helpful and pleasant. I'm shocked. I actually had to hang up on the woman I spoke to because she was so incredibly rude.
