Came here without calling ahead for a specific dishwasher part during covid where it's curbside pick up only. The people here aren't the most pleasant but they get you what you need at a reasonable price. I came prepared with my dishwasher model number and the actual parts needed to be replaced and a part number from a different distributor who didn't have it in stock. Crawford appliances has a better price. All in all very satisfied with the transaction.

Excellent service. Had difficulty in getting a part for my freezer. Evaporator fan motor. Several places were out of stock re: challenges getting parts - covid. However Crawford - they had an alternate motor ,- just 1 in stock at their main warehouse. Part was available in less than 24 hours. A bit pricey, but l had been trying to get a part for 2 weeks. The part works fine. Excellent customer service. Would recommend highly.

I like to buy local. I have dealt with Crawford Appliance 3 or 4 times in the past 20y and they had the parts I needed in stock each time. This week my KitchenAid fridge died. Vito the technician knew what was wrong and ordered the one part I needed. The next day he came over and like a pro he fixed my fridge. He knows his stuff. He explained things and showed me the defective capacitor on the PCB. Thank you Vito. Thanks to Amy for getting my fridge repaired in a timely manner. I would recommend Crawford Appliance for service and parts.

I will continue to support the smaller businesses that you can develop a relationship with over any of the big box stores, especially when their pricing is the same or better! Great service provided by Vito. He accurately identified the cause of our refrigerator malfunction and replaced a faulty overload relay switch on the spot. He took the time to explain why the system failed and showed the broken part. Would not hesitate to recommend Crawford repair service to anyone.
