Purchased an open-box fridge through CAS, was competitively priced compared to big-box stores. Delivery took a few days and was done with minimal damage. Giving a 3/5 since dings were found on the door where the price tag was conveniently placed on the fridge. Very disappointed such damage was hidden and not disclosed.

Getting nervous now that I have read all the 1 star reviews re after sales service. The wrong model was delivered and now I too am experiencing the black hole that is called their "customer care" department. Merely told to fill out the return/exchange form online and someone will get back to me. Open Question: if not to facilitate such a matter as exchanging an incorrect order, then what does the 'customer care' department actually do??? Stay tuned...Mar 23 Well so far so good. We got a reply within 24 hours as promised and they are exchanging. I can also follow the status of the exchange online. ETA April 1. 3 stars now as I still have an issue with the process...an error on their side should rectified at the store level and acted upon with less intervention on the customer's part. Stay tuned...we may get to 5 stars yet ;) Mar 31 update. All is good and we received our replacement quickly and as promised. Conclusion, 4 stars: while there may be a number of poor customer care reviews, I will say ours was okay so long as you (the customer) be honest/transparent and follow the CAS procedure. To CAS I would suggest improvement to customer care by creating a more flexible system that can ID and triage after sale issues which may improve customer confidence and retention.

The salesperson Tim was very helpful. He answered all the question, understood what I was looking for and suggested good options. The order process was really smooth. The delivery was so punctual and within two days. I would definitely recommend this company for appliances.

Found this place to have the lowest price on all appliances. The sales and delivery process was as smooth as can be during the pandemic and the staff was extremely helpful! The installation contractors they recommended were not the most responsive and we ended up working with someone else. The appliances were all undamaged and delivered with care. Highly recommend this place if you're looking to save costs. They also price matched on certain items for me.

Brutal Service. After a long delivery wait, trim kits don't fit microwaves - which became my problem to return and then figure something else out. They hire third rate delivery contractors - expensive mini fridges probably left to roll around the back of truck came banged up. Spoke with sales rep and was told not his problem, contact "returns department". I did and they in turn put me thru the equivalent of an online inquisition with forms and pictures. Ultimately told nothing they can do, a manufacturer tech might be out at some point, I should call and chase this down with manufacturer (difficult to do considering their delivery service damaged the fridges, manufacturer had nothing to do with it). In short - if you have any sort of problem with products or delivery, they make it as painful as possible to correct. Basically, the sale is done - now go away. Overall a nightmare. There are plenty others selling appliances. Go anywhere else. I had a large appliance order and this was my first, and definitely last, time using these guys.

Bought my fridge during the Pandemic, Melvin was great answered all my questions also got a confirmation if fridge could fit through my main door. Delivery was done on a snow storm day but they were awesome bringing it in and fixing everything as they has to dismantle the door to bring it in. Great job. Absolutely thrilled the service. Would recommend these guys any time
