The girls at this location are always really nice and helpful, they helped me find hair colour and showed me pictures of all the colours on there tablet and my sister bought a bunch of gel nail stuff to try and we love all the stuff they suggested for us

Very unprofessional, the manager was yelling at the staff and followed me around the store ‘organizing’ one shelf for 10 minutes while i was reading products. It took over 15 minutes to ring up one item and had to call their own staff for help. Also everything it grossly over priced and they were very unhelpful with advice.

This location is open for curb side pickup as advertised on the website- got through quickly on my first call and they are super organized with their new process! Well done to the team!!!

The staff is friendly but I've been struggling to correct my hair color and I feel like everyone I've talked to just tells me what I want to hear, instead of providing actual advice on what I can and can't achieve. I've dropped nearly 80 on products and my hair looks nothing like what I've been trying to do, even though multiple staff told me it would work. Now I have to go to an actual pro and spend even more money and I've wasted precious time based on input from the girls at this store.

I live in Vancouver and popped into Sally Beauty out of curiosity, about a week ago for the first time.. Yesterday as I was in the neighborhood, I thought I would pop in again. I was delighted that Angela was there to assist me for my return visit. She is pleasant, knowledgeable and has a great sense of humor. I would recommend her if you have questions about any of the products carried by this store.

WOW very nice store.... They had what I came for.. staff said if they are out of stock they would order it and call me when it was in and no other Sally has offered this... why not? Staff was great....beyond knowledgeable very fun even had my husband laughing... I will be driving out here now and I hope Emily is working.

First time visit to this location and was completely impressed! Nice, clean and organized store with good selection of items I needed. The Manager, Dawn helped me with many questions regarding a few different products. She was so knowledgeable and friendly. Definitely will shop here again, thanks Dawn!!
