When I moved to Mindemoya I really liked the quips on the sign. I have only been in the store once...very lovely. I've been saving for a new couch and bed. The couch is delayed and my bed was delivered by a couple of friendly young fellas yesterday. Good service and polite, professional salespeople. Just excellent.

It was very good service, only thing that they didn’t tell me was that the stove had no clock or timer, I would have preferred this option
My wife and I purchased a complete appliance package and furniture for our cottage this past summer. Pricing was competitive, the sale people were very polite and helpful and the delivery was amazing. We had priced pretty well everything in Southern Ontario before we purchased the cottage and Jakes beat them by 300! They are a great local shop with a great service! A in our books! R&L Leeson
Great selection and service. We try to buy local and sometimes it can’t be hard with prices, but Jake’s steps up and is very competitive with Sudbury prices. We have bought all our appliances (washer, dryer, stove, microwave, range, dishwasher, and bbq) and beds from them. We have no regrets and love them all. We did have a minor problem with our fridge, but they fixed it with no fuss. I would recommend buying here.
