Very poor Customer Service with regard to providing, detailed product information, and not being able to reserve an item. With this information not being provided, this resulted in the loss of the purchase much later in the day. This should not have happened, will not use again!
friendly staff(two tall guy)( at this shop today with parent), they have a lot of good antique sword( i checked two English word, plus a damaged ww2 German army officer sword), and medals, tons of uniform, books....
