Migson Storage is a very clean, safe and secure place to store your belongings. There are locked gates and cameras for good security. I have always found the staff to be friendly and courteous. A real find!

BROKEN INTO AND ROBBED!!! DUE TO THEIR NEGLEGENCE!!!!!!!! I had all my belongings here due to financial struggle. Was broken into & robbed. Was told by police & storage facilitators that there have recently been other break ins (NOT just 1 as they are claiming in their response. Several had been broken into however thus far only 1 may have reported missing items aside from me), in the same section I was in, had I known this I would have moved my belongings to a more secure facility. I also came to realize that the cameras that were once aimed at my units block had been removed by Migson themselves. They had not informed me that they had done that, again had I have known there was no security cameras I would have moved my belongings. They make you pay for their mandatory insurance but don't tell you you need to prove everything you had in your unit. 100% their negligence caused me to lose so many valuables and sentimental items. They respond and claim it is an isolated event however, Linda the lady in the office had told me, my boyfriend and the investigating officer they have had several issues as of late. They have even had people try to steal the keys to the u-haul trucks they have on site repedidly, gas from these trucks being stolen, vehicles that pay to be stored there have had their tires slashed. Cameras removed by the property management, tennants not being informed to lack of cameras or break ins or thefts. Migson YOU ARE 100% RESPONSIBLE FOR MY LOSS!!! THIS COULD HAVE BEEN PREVENTED!!! it would be different if I was one of the first few break ins not the what...8th? I SHOULD HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THE BREAK INS AND THE REMOVAL OF SECURTIY CAMERAS.......END OF STORY!!
