Took weeks to respond to daily messages. Asked for a part from my house in order to provide a quote but never provided the quote, and took a month of regular requests to return the part. Sam may be a nice guy, but terribly unreliable.

This is the FIRST time we haven't had any hiccups with a home reno. The company called me back within minutes and booked a free estimate for the following day. They came a few days later for the tear down and fully cleaned up every piece of garbage afterward. They then returned and rebuilt an absolutely gorgeous patio cover in half a day. They used top quality materials and the job is flawless, it looks better than expected. Definitely recommend this company for any awning or railing work!
Work done has been leaking ever since we had deck covering installed. Called owner up and he keeps saying I’ll be there next week, it’s been very disappointing dealing with them. I DO NOT recommend lousy customer service.
I had alot of options to choose from when it came to having my deck re-done. I phoned around and received several quotes, and I had chosen Micro Railing because their price was right in the middle. I had the pleasure of dealing with Sam the owner....very nice guy and stood by his word. Job was done on time and up to a high standard.
Very fair quote, custom built to fit our deck dimensions (not a kit build). About 20% cheaper than the other local railing companies quoted. Result was better than we expected. Solid, modern look with powder coat paint finish, and installed on the day they told us to expect.
