I am here addressing the unprofessional and the most clumsy experience I had in a dealership specifically with Andre. The guy had no motivation to discuss anything. It doesn't matter if someone is a buyer or just there to see a Brand new Mercedes. Andre made me felt like he was just not interested in helping me out or even discuss any models. The guy just thought that I am not a buyer and dealt with me like there is no point. When I asked for a test drive for a C300 sedan. He told me that there was only one left which was parked inside the showroom and he would have to take it out which is nonsense because there were about 3 I saw when I entered the dealership and secondly, it doesn't even matter take it out if you have to don't be a lazy a. No one cares about how good Mercedes is every car does break down and does not perform to the level its advertised and he was bragging how good Mercedes is and you should soon be riding with the big boys like what is this....does this guy even understands what to say to a client. I ended up driving the GLC 300 which I had no interest to drive and Andre sat beside me for the test drive what are your Covid protocols then ? 6 feet apart while he was barely a feet apart from me. Awful experience.
