I was sent to Medigas in Barrie last month. I purchased my cpap machine and mask fairly quickly, and was given the employees card to contact him if I needed support or had more questions. I am really struggling sleeping with the mask on that I purchased. After contacting my salesman by email and not getting a response I went into Medigas and exchanged my mask for a different one. Finally got a response a few days later, and emailed him back stating I was really struggling and the mask I exchanged wasn’t working or fitting properly but was actually better than the one I had now and I was regretful that I had exchanged it so quickly. I explained to him that I was really having a hard time and needed some support in picking out a mask that would fit me and work for my sleep apnea. I asked if I could possibly come into the store and he could help me? He did not respond . A few days later I received a call from medigas asking how my experience was in the Barrie store. I explained what had happened and said I still have not heard back from the employee that helped me, and that I was not using my machine because I could not wear the mask and I needed some help finding something more suitable. Although pleasant , the caller stated that sometimes staff are busy and it may take a few days for him to return an email or to call me? It has now been a few weeks and I am completely frustrated and cannot use my machine I purchased as of yet. In talking to friends who use a cpap their experiences and support with the dealers they used were above and beyond anything I have experienced with Medigas in Barrie, I was sold a machine and then left to figure it out on my own with no follow up support whatsoever. I would not recommend anyone purchase their cpap machine from this store,
