A heart warming story and a big Thank You to Kelly and Jessica!! My husband has been working out of town at the power plant in the Kincardine area for several weeks. His CPAP mask ripped the other night. Because he works long shifts and is unable to get to a Medigas during business hours to replace his mask, we decided that I would buy one and courier it to him. That became challenging to do (some discrepancies with the postal code matching the address and being unfamiliar with the area was hesitant to send it until I could talk to my husband again, which would have been after business hours) and with it being a long weekend, it wouldnt get there until the Tuesday after the long weekend, 4 more days without a new mask. I decided to try and find a Medigas close to Kincardine/Port Elgin area. I was able to find one in Walkerton and am I ever glad I contacted them!! Not only did they assure me that the mask could be safely couriered to my Husband on the Tuesday after the long weekend (as they are locals and familiar with the area), they did something that warmed my heart. One of the ladies that works there, Kelly, lives close to where my husband is staying. She offered to take his new mask home with her and put it on her front step for him to pick up after work! Not only was Jessica super nice on the phone but Kelly went above and beyond to ensure my husband got his new mask sooner than later (and safely with a curbside pickup). These 2 ladies have outstanding customer service and we will be forever greatful for what they did!! Shannon and Ryan

I sent an email to the contact person listed (Kelly) and never got a response. I worry that they have their nose so high that they will run into breathing issues when it starts to rain. I agree with what is already posted: useless
Never again, Will I ever come back My insurance approve my machine, even said they would verify that they are covering the machine with a fax of the letter I was told by medigas they were burnt before and I wasn't getting my machine till they actually receive the cheque, They don't care about their customers , I am very sick and go to the hospital until I get my machine I was told by medical I can take my business else where, I said to wait and waste more time I called other oxygen places and everyone single one said , they would have gave me my machine with verification from disability 9 days later I called medigas to see if they got the cheque, they said yes they receive it yesterday, today I went to pick up my machine it was sealed in the box, was told the instructions were in the box they didn't go over with me to show me how to use It, I never had a machine before I was in the parking lot decided to check if everything is There, no mask, they are extra, why they didn't put it through with my insurance , now I have to go through red tape again to get my mask covered I called another oxygen place and was told that they would have went through everything with me , i am very disappointment with medigas, not sure if I was discriminated cause I am on odsp or if this the way they treat everyone
