I had a finnicky situation for a return, but the staff were extremely helpful and understanding. Both the cashier and the manager took the time to understand where I was coming from, understood it wasn't \fair\ to me, and fixed it. Very impressed with their customer service. I will purposefully purchase from this store instead of online from now on.

MEC is a great store for all you outdoor adventures, staff are very helpful
Went in the other day to purchase a new road bike and was so impressed by the customer service - the staff at the London location really go above and beyond. Had been to a MEC in Toronto a couple weeks earlier and when I asked a staff member a question about a product they told me to google it, so I left. A big thanks to Bill at the London store for all his help - I cant wait for my new bike to arrive!
Got some great warm wigwam socks for cross country skiing and some great ski goggles. I am not crazy about the location of this store, as it is not in a very friendly bicycle location. It would be better downtown
