Relatively quick service. I was returning an item. It was very smooth. I think they extended their hours immediately after the ease up of the lockdown and updated their Google page right away. I was very pleased that I didn't need to make phone calls to ascertain the accuracy of the hours of operation!

Mec has all the essentials for outdoor life. I was here for some climbing shoes and help was available. This branch did not have much of the sizes to try on, so i was slightly disappointed in that. The lady helping us go through shoes had the personality of a rusty nail. But she perked up once Eric relieved her for lunch. Maybe she was hungry. Eric was great though. At the end still got what I needed. Solid 7/10 for this branch
Can be pricey, but the staff here are great and extremely helpful. I love that I own part of this company!
Nice place to go. Jennifer was very helpful with our climbing shoe purchase. Tool initiative to constantly bring out different shoe sizes.
Staff is abundant, visible and helpful; they made our visit memorable, easy and enjoyable. MEC Burlington has a wide selection of goods and the store layout is quite navigable and pleasant to tour.
