My spouse and I purchased a Rockwood 30ft RV. I did one year worth of research to pick out a RV layout that I liked. McKenzie had it. I went up to buy it. I wrote them a cheque to buy it but they would not accept the cheque. It turned out that they wanted to take it to the RV trade show. I was not impressed with the manager behaviour. However, we ended up purchasing that RV after the trade show and we had mild/moderate service issues. The warranty coordinator(s) did their best to help us. We met one of their highly skilled service technicians by the name of Mark. He has been wonderful even up to the time of this post. High praises for those who assisted us. We are looking forward to more businesses with them. However we will be cautious.

Decided to buy a Pop up trailer and wanted a Rockwood Highwall. Problem is in Northern Ontario no one sells Rockwood. Decided to call McKenzie RV and they were excellent to deal with. David Pond was super to talk to, answering questions was no issue. Great communication. Drove 6 hours down to the dealership to pick up our new Pop Up. Tech Jason did an amazing and very thorough job on our Demo. Thanks so much for the pleasant buying experience. Talk to David next time you go in looking for a new RV.
I was co-signer for a friend and was told they would do a credit check. No problem. But they (McKenzie) decided to check my credit then they got TD to check me and then they went to Banquet national. Like why? My credit is amazing. They hurt my credit for no reason. I went from 809 to 793. I would avoid this place if you care about your credit. We decided not to proceed. The business manager Colleen was rude, unresponsive, and never told me she was going to run several (3) unnecessary credit checks. They hurt my credit I hope this review hurts them. **update in response to McKenzie. I have amazing credit and you did approve me. You make it sound like I was denied and we know that wasn't the case. You say McKenzie doesn't perform a check but it definitely says differently on my report (see attached proof). You did these credit checks. I know how this stuff works, I've been doing this for over 20 years. You performed 3 hard credit checks on my bureau. This is the reason I decided not to proceed. I told them to buy elsewhere. Your reply only proves my point how rude you are and play the blame game. You probably shouldn't be in that role if you don't know how credit works. I mean you asked for a pay stub. I haven't done that for over 15 years. I drive a 80k jeep. I have toys and have never had to give more then my name and employers name and sin#. Get with the time!
Bought our new trailer with Jim. He is an outstanding sales person! They did not have the exact model we were looking for available, but Jim worked hard looking for options to get it from the manufacturer and showing other models. At the end we decided for a different model they had in stock. In order to help us make our decision, we were able to schedule a test to make sure our car would tow the trailer without a problem. They hooked up our car to the trailer and we went for a ride towing the trailer. Colleen from finance department made the entire purchase process easy. On our pickup day we had Jason preparing and showing all details about our new trailer. Quite paciente and very knowledgeable. He was great! We also had a huge help from Bill (Service Manager) with our door slider panel, he is extremely courteous, knowledgeable, professional. Made us feel at easy and welcome. Great people!
Would have been nice to know that you have Winter hours. We drove an hour to get here based on your hours posted on Google. I'd recommend changing those hours during the Winter season. For anyone else looking for an open RV center open on a Sunday beware of this RV center requiring an appointment. See picture attached.
