Very prompt to responding to a call about my gas fireplace which I thought needed immediate attention. I called them, I was told that a service truck was on it's way. Jeff called me to explain what the issue was, he went back to the shop for the part and performed the repair. From beginning to to end it took just over two hours. Very impressive. I'll definitely use Mazza again!!
Very professional HVAC company. Jeff had taken the time to meet us on site and provide professional opinions for a new install in our renovated home. He had also taken the time to personally bring over the quote and go over all the options for installing all new duct work and furnace system. Awesome job with design and installation of systems for a new cottage. Ductless split unit installed for usable attic space. Gas (propane) system with heat pump and AC for main cottage. Answered all questions promptly. Professional installation and service. Always followed up to ensure we are good.
