Would not recommend coming here. The staff person Sarah is almost never here so if you try to rent a trailer you can’t drop it off because no one will be here when you do. Not sure how they stay in business when they don’t even answer their phone. I would recommend going elsewhere
Called this place while I was in comox, was told someone would be in contact with me to open the gate/business so I could rent a trailer today. When I got there they said someone will get a hold of me. I waited for over an hour, drove back to nanaimo stopped for a burger and fuel, picked up a trailer and went home and still no call. Now get up early tomorrow morning and go help my friend move from Port McNeil back to Nanaimo. Big waste of time and money.
