I don't know if they reorganized the store for the reopening but I like it .There is all kinds of room to move around. Their staff here are friendly and helpful.Located in the Oshawa Centre.

I got to see a Karen in the wild today. Just before closing, a lady decided she wanted to do a return. This store was closing a bit early to clean up and get organized with their COVID cleaning. This lady did not understand and decided to yell and berate the staff because they closed slightly early. When asked to stop yelling, she proceeds to say she's not yelling and that it's not her fault, that she's a loud talker and her husband is deaf. Congrats? Sorry to hear about your husband but these poor workers aren't deaf so no need to yell at them. They held their cool, and professionally declined to let her in several times. Eventually she left. 5 stars for the thr way the staff handled this. You guys are underpaid and shouldn't have to deal with that.
